WVNN/Huntsville, AL host Dale Jackson is reportedly under investigation for attempting to punk Democratic voters in a special election for a vacant state senate seat. WAFF-TV says the Alabama Department of Justice is sniffing around a fake press release that Jackson placed on the WVNN website just before Tuesday’s vote. The release, purportedly from the state’s chief election supervisor, announced that Republicans should vote on Tuesday, while Dems would vote Wednesday.
